The new Muntagnis residence stands on the very spot where, for generations, the historic home of the Martiner Family once stood – a place filled with memories, affection and daily life.
During the design of the new building, created with the expertise of architect Igor Comploi, great respect was given to the history of the original house: many elements, proportions and architectural details have been reinterpreted and integrated into the contemporary project.
The result is a modern and refined residence that preserves the soul of what once was, creating a harmonious bridge between memory and the future.
